AZ, AGRICOLA EDEN BEE _ Organic Acacia Honey
This Acacia honey is very light in color, tending to straw yellow. It has a floral, slightly fruity scent of black locust (acacia) flowers. The aroma is very delicate, almost sugared, with hints of vanilla and peeled sweet almond, a round and decidedly sweet taste.
EDEN honey comes from the extraordinary natural work of bees, from the passion, experience and careful knowledge of the territory, a mountain area rich in different climates and blooms and in some cases unique.
EDEN is beekeeping, but not only: it is the rediscovery of the high lands, where agriculture is not intensive, where there is still a wild landscape to be enjoyed, where you can relax and rediscover the “slowness” that allows to capture all the surrounding beauty.
